Simaudio launches the MOON Orbiter Universal Player

Simaudio Ltd. proudly announces the introduction of the MOON Orbiter Universal Player, our newest addition to the MOON series of audio and video components. Capable of reading Music CD, SACD, DVD-A, DVD-V, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW and MP3 encoded discs, the MOON Orbiter represents a genuine high-end "all-in-one solution" for digital media playback. The MOON Orbiter includes a vast array of standard features, as well as ground-breaking audio and video performance that one comes to expect from Simaudio Ltd.; The end result is a non-compromising digital source component that will fill a common void in most high-performance home entertainment systems.

• Six single-ended audio outputs for 5.1 & two single-ended audio outputs for stereo.
• BurrBrown PCM1738 24-bit/192-kHz DAC's with 8X oversampling digital filter for two
  and six-channel analog audio output.
• 10-bit/54MHz oversampled video circuitry with active current-to-voltage converter.
• Progressive 480p video output on both DVI and component connectors.
• Full array of output connectors including S/PDIF (BNC & RCA), AES/EBU, and TosLink
  for audio; Component (RCA), S-Video and DVI for video.
• Full-function RS-232 port control and status for custom integration or automation.
• IR mini-jack input for custom installations setups.
