The Metal Shop: All of the aluminum and steel used in our components is cut in-house. This
provides us with significantly better quality control and improves our ability to maintain efficient
production schedules.

Evolution Series Metal Working:
Raw uncut aluminum extrusions that are used for Evolution series side-mounted heatsinks
Computer controlled machining with extreme accuracy for boring holes
Manual drilling through bored holes top remove excess metal pieces
Quality control to certify micron-level accuracy of a drilled heatsink
Evolution series heatsinks ready for the paint shop
Quality control apparatus to ensure Evolution series volume control is perfectly milled
Classic Series Metal Working:
The Hardware: Numerous drill presses and a metal lathe are required.
Aluminum heat sinks in the process of being machined.
Freshly polished aluminum legs ready for painting.
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly:
Overview: Our entire PCB Assembly Area.
Andromeda CD Player PCB's awaiting verification.
A full rack of completed PCB's.
Work-bench with Andromeda front panel controller boards.
Components being soldered onto Andromeda controller boards.
Evolution series PCB's awaiting quality control testing.
Tested PCB's ready to be moved into our stockroom.
The Stock Room: An extensive inventory of electronic components and
assembly parts, numbering in the thousands, are required to manufacture
the numerous models that make up the MOON product line.

Filled circuit boards (left side) and painted chassis parts (right side).
Smaller parts such as resistors, caps, regulators, IC's, etc.
Production: This is where MOON components are assembled.
At any given time, upwards of four different models can be found at
various stages of assembly.

Completed sub-assemblies (input & output circuits) for Aurora multi-channel amplifiers.
